Where is my confirmation email?

Please check your junk/spam mail if you can't find your confirmation email. If you still can't find the confirmation email, your email address may have been miss spelled upon entry. But no worries, just reach out to us to update your email address.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order has been shipped!". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.
